Returns

  • 14-Day Return Window: You may request to return or exchange your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

  • Item Condition: Items must be in new condition, never worn or washed, and have their original tags attached.

  • How to Request a Return: We have made it simple to start your request. Please choose one of the following:

    • Email us: Contact our team at admin@bibaboutique.com with your Order ID and the items you wish to return.

  • Review Process: Please allow our customer care team 24 to 48 business hours to review and respond to your request.

  • Next Steps: Once approved, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions and your pre-paid return label.

  • Drop-off Deadline: You have 10 business days to drop off the return parcel at the shipping carrier after receiving your label.


Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your items are received at our facility, they will be inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions.

  • Approval: Once your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • CAD Currency: All refunds are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).


Exchanges & Final Sale Items

  • Exchanges: If you would like to make an exchange, please specify the new size or style in your email or on the return form. Our team will verify availability for you.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or using a promotional coupon code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Final Sale: Please note that all clearance items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
